CreateRecurringPaymentsProfile

CreateRecurringPaymentsProfile finalizes a billing agreement. It can be called with the token returned from SetExpressCheckout or SetCustomerBillingAgreement.

Call it once for each billing agreement included in the SetExpressCheckout request and use the same token for each call. Each call creates a single recurring payments profile.

It can also be called by itself to create a profile using a credit card for payment. NOTE: If you include both Token and CreditCardDetails, the token is used and credit card details are ignored.
